All my workshops focus on first building the necessary strength and technique before perfecting individual moves. Everyone moves at a different pace and it is important to me to adapt to the individual needs of each participant.
Using floor based exercises to create the muscle memory required to execute aerial moves, it is also possible for everyone to continue to work at home in order to achieve your goals even when you are not able to work on rigged equipment regularly.
We always focus on working at a performance level. In other words, first and formost we focus on the execusion of individual elements, before we combine these to create longer sequences and routines.
